Restaurants, Bars und viele kleine Lädchen laden zum Verweilen und Bummeln ein. Supermärkte wie Intermarché und Apolónia sind ebenfalls schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Von Carvoeiro aus kann man die Algarve in alle Himmelsrichtungen erkunden. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, unsere Region mit ihren vielen Stränden und schönen Orten mit einem Mietauto zu besuchen. In der Hochsaison hält die Algarve besonders in den Abendstunden täglich kulturelle Events bereit.
Bis zum Flughafen Faro sind es ca. 65 Kilometer.
Antonio ist eine sehr liebe Person, die uns freundlich empfangen hat. Wir haben von ihm viele tolle Tipps bekommen. Die Unterkunft läd zum Entspannen ein und der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
We were a team of content producers and models/dancers - there for a holiday/production - and we had an amazing stay. The location is simply perfection to stay at, the vineyard is gorgeous to do photoshoots at, we were very happy with the privacy of the property, amazing communication by Antonio, sublime recommendations and overal an incredible stay. We spent 9 days with two teenage children. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. A big plus is the air conditioning in every room. We liked the minimalist bright decor. The biggest advantage is the exceptional location on a hill amidst a vineyard. On one side, it provides a sense of intimacy without noisy neighbors, and from every side, there is a beautiful view of the vineyard or the green landscape. On the other hand, it is very close to the center - 5 minutes by car. The views are amazing, and there is a nice pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table in front of the house. Host Antonio proved to be incredibly helpful; his list of recommended restaurants and places was spot on! Very clean, no problems throughout the stay, and guaranteed good weather. Additional cleaning can be arranged during the stay.

Excellent property with maximum privacy! Spacious, modern, functional and clean interior. The outside area is wonderful as it offers a swimming pool, barbecue area and table for at least 6 people with pergola. We've been renting this villa for 3 years and every year it's a pleasure to spend our holidays here with our 3 children. The owner, Mr Antonio, is a serious and honest professional, always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect.
Stayed in the house June of 2023. The house is inside a gated winery. It’s perfect for guests who want a quiet and secluded stay. With a car it’s still close to wonderful beaches. If you bring your dog it will have the time of it’s life! The house has a small pool and rooftop with a nice view, the rooftop is simply equipped with a small table and two chairs. The house is equipped with all you need for a wonderful stay. (no steamer for the coffee machine if you like a cappuccino.) Antonio is quick to respond and will help you sort out any problems. The water cuts are not a big issue, due to the new cistern. With the instructions, it’s easy to turn on and off the cistern. Lots of spots for recycling nearby. Wonderful to see that Portugal has started to take this seriously. The beaches and nature in general is quite clean, and the Atlantic is amazing for a cool dip or surf. Would love to come back very soon. Thank you for an amazing stay (and the bottle of “home made” wine )
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und schön in den Weinbergen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach gehalten, ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten in Küche und Bad wären vielleicht hilfreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ruhe genossen und sind sehr froh in Hr. Cabral einen kompetenten und netten Ansprechpartner zu haben der sich wunderbar um alles kümmert.
Wir haben ein Ruheoase gesucht und gefunden. Für uns war die Lage der Ferienwohnung ideal. Das Haus befindet sich auf dem Lande - man konnte die Privatsphäre u Ruhe sehr gut genießen und entspannen… Perfekten Blick in die Natur - auf die Weinberge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strand in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Gastgeber Antonio ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener, netter und äußerst zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er konnte uns viele wertvolle Tips bezüglich Gastronomie, Strände und Ausflüge nennen. Außerdem gab es zur Begrüßung eine gute Flasche Weißwein vom eigenen Gut. Danke! Wir können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal kommen.
This house on the vineyard was fantastic! Antonio was very helpful in recommending restaurants that suited our tastes (be sure to try Mar d’Fora, which has exceptional seafood and overlooks the sea!). The house was clean and modern with everything we needed. We paid for the pool to be heated since we visited mid-March, and used it almost every day. The property is gorgeous with a rooftop spot to enjoy the wine from the vineyard that was given to us. We were able to travel to so many towns in the Algarve by car, none more than 45 minutes away or so. We are definitely returning to this gem in the future.
Beliggenheden var for os helt fantastisk. Smuk udsigt hele vejen rundt, roligt og fredligt. Og alligevel tæt på byen, supermarkeder og strandene. Bil er nødvendigt og selvom det er muligt at gå ned til byen, skal man vide at det går stejlt op når man skal hjem. Huset er velindrettet med gode detaljer. Lækre badeværelser, gode madrasser og et dejligt lysindfald. Vi følte os hjemme fra første øjeblik. Terrassen er vidunderlig og selvom der arbejdes i vinmarkerne er man ugenert. Antonio er en flink og dedikeret vært, altid tilgængelig og klar med turforslag og tips til restauranter. Vi blev desuden budt velkommen med en flaske af vingårdens udemærket hvidvin, som vi varmt kan anbefale. Vi vil meget gerne tilbage til stedet.
A beautiful villa, modern, clean and spacious. Wonderful terrace and pool area, paying a little extra to have the pool heated was a great option. The pool was perfect for our two teenagers who loved it, allowing us to relax in one of several seating/lounging areas on the terrace. We loved the seclusion, which meant the boys could be as noisy as they liked without us worrying about the neighbours. The views and the surrounding vineyard were stunning (and the wine delicious). A luxurious villa, hidden away like a well-kept secret, and yet walking distance to Carvoeiro where we wandered around the many shops, ate out several nights and very much enjoyed the boat trip from the beach to explore the caves. The Carvoeiro Boardwalk to Boneca Bar for lunch (and dinner) at Algar Seco was a real highlight, what a place to sit and eat while the sun goes down. Highly recommend this villa to truly get away from it all, but also be within easy reach of everything you need.
Schöner Urlaub mit vielen Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung. Vielen Dank für die Vorschläge, die wir auch fast alle umgesetzt haben. Den Weinberg selbst haben wir mit unseren Kindern ausgiebig erkundet und die Option den Pool zu beheizen auch gerne gezogen.
The high-quality and tastefully furnished house is wonderfully situated in the middle of a vineyard. The surroundings are peaceful and you can relax here wonderfully. Antonio welcomed us very warmly, is attentive, always available and gave us good advice for our stay. We were completely satisfied and would book the house again immediately.
We had a great time at the Villa. Suited our needs for a family getaway perfectly. My 3 year old son loved the pool and enjoyed it every day. We made good use of the outdoor space including the grill and dining area. We liked the roof spot for sunrises and sunsets. The Seaview is a bit far / small, and it is a hike to get to town. Though everything was a very short drive 5-20 minutes by car (including multiple amazing beaches, restaurants etc). Our host, Antonio was amazing and provided us with good recommendations for everything we asked about; even included things like contact for a doctor we may need etc. Outstanding service.

Die Lage ist gut und das Haus bietet sich an, um Ausflüge an verschiedene Strände und Ortschaften an der Algarve zu unternehmen. Das Haus und der Pool sind absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir waren im Herbst 2021 als Familie zu dritt in der Casa da Vinho. Das gepflegte Haus liegt wunderbar oberhalb eines Weinberges außerhalb von Carvoeiro. Die schönen Strände der Felsargave sind genau so nahe wie das schöne Hinterland. Antonio hat uns ein paar ganz wunderbare Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Wir können das Haus wirklich empfehlen, hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!
Maison très confortable, et très bien équipé, parfait pour des vacances au calme, restant à 5mn des commerces et activités balnéaires. Antonio très disponible même si nous avons eu un petit loupé à la prise des clés. Précision : chemin d'accès un peu "juste" pour les gros SUV, mais ça passe

The setting, the tranquility and the views are fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay in this little oasis of peace within easy distance of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. The property is clean, modern and well equipped and had everything we needed, including a full sports package on tv! The pool was clean and warm, and the shady gazebo became our base from where we watched the day unfold, from sunrise with a coffee to sunset with a glass of wine! Antonio was a great host, and even arranged for some wine from the vineyard. We loved it, many thanks Antonio!
Based on the website and reviews we headed to Portugal resigned to having to quarantine for two weeks when we got back...we just hoped it would be worth it! It didn’t disappoint... the villa is located in the peace & quiet of vineyards but only a 20 minute walk from town (just be careful you know which track to come back on!). The views are stunning & the property is on one of the highest local points with countryside all round as well as a sea view. The inside is modern, spacious & tastefully decorated but importantly felt Covid safe & clean. Firm beds and clean white laundry. Kitchen well equipt as well as a separate utility room. It is just as the pictures suggest. The terrace is wonderful with the option of loungers, chairs or a seated dining area under a gazebo. We were advised the pool might be fresh so could heat it for an additional charge but in fact it was quite warm enough - especially after keeping the pool cover on for a couple of nights.We’ve been coming to this part of Portugal for 20 years & this was our favourite property to date. We will definitely return. Antonio was a delight to deal with & although we didn’t need his help at any point he was always quick to respond to messages so we sensed he’d sort any problems if we had any. Antonio - thank you so much! It was just fabulous & we hope to see you again very soon.
Excelente estadia na Casa da Vinha! Um espaço muito tranquilo, localizado no meio de uma vinha no Algarve, e ainda assim bastante central e próximo do centro de Carvoeiro. A casa é completamente nova, com excelentes condições, e está equipada com tudo para oferecer conforto e lazer, numa envolvente inacreditável.

Wir haben 9 Nächte in der Casa da Vinha verbracht. Es hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Es ist ein super Haus mit einer sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Die Lage ist perfekt zum entspannen, aber auch um innerhalb kurzer Zeit die schönen Strände in der Umgebung zu besuchen. António ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, der sehr freundlich und zuverlässig ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Fab location for carvoeiro, ferragudo and lots of great beaches and restaurants nearby. Modern villa built around original stone cottage. Views amazing, very quiet and peaceful and pool and outdoor area beautiful. Owner easy to communicate with and couldn’t have been more helpful.
We loved it! Stayed here for 5 days. The location is great...fantastic beaches less than 15 min drive away! Its newly renovated and has everything you need to have a great holiday...grill, pool and great outdoor space. Will definitely be staying there again!

This small bungalow was perfect! 5 of us spent a week here and we were blow away. Antonio met us at a local supermarket and guided us towards to villa at check in, as it is a little difficult to find. He gave us lots of recommendations and a helpful tour of the houses amenities. The house was clean with comfortable beds and an incredible view of the surrounding vineyards. The pool was clean and refreshing. The house is about a 15 minute walk into the centre of town of a 5/6minute drive. We are beautiful food every night in carvoeiro and we used the BBQ facilities for meals as well! We were very sad to leave this beautiful haven and we will definitely like to come back again! Thank you!

We took our 10-month old daughter for her very first overseas holiday to this villa and it was perfect for us. Lovely and quiet, very private and an ideal location for walks. The villa keeps lovely and cool so we only needed to use the air conditioning once, and the pool is heated so our daughter enjoyed swimming in warm water. The TV in the villa has international channels so we were able to watch the World Cup in the comfort of the villa where are daughter could play rather than having to go find a local bar. There is no local supermarket close by that you can walk to so if you need to visit a supermarket then you will need a car. This was the only difficulty we faced. Overall, the villa is fantastic and Antonio the host was super. We had a brilliant holiday.
Die Unterkunft war super schön. Sehr zu empfehlen. Waren mit zwei Familien und je einem Baby dort. Antonio war super hilfsbereit und hat sogar extra zwei babybetten und zwei hochstühle organisiert. Rund um sehr zu empfehlen. Und gerne auch wieder. Leider viel zu kurz.
Great outdoor space & very peaceful, comfortable living accommodation with everything you need to enjoy your stay here. Antonio the host was very friendly and helpful and was only a phone call away if you needed anything. (which we didn't 'cause everything was perfect) The location is a great place for exploring the Algarve. Lots of lovely places and beaches to visit not far away. O espaço de António é excelente. Fica localizado próximo à praia do Carvoeiro, no Algarve, que é espetacular. A casa é muito espaçosa, possui três quartos e dois banheiros, uma excelente piscina aquecida, cozinha ampla e bem equipada. Além disso, está situada numa área rural, que torna o ambiente mais tranquilo e aconchegante, com uma vista incrível. Certamente, recomendo o local.

Recently built detached villa, fantastic location on vineyard, very nice view of valley, mountains and sea, villa well equipped with lovely heated pool and spacious terraces, partly covered. Within walking distance (15 min) from the center. Good practical layout and excellent wifi and TV connections. Great service from the renting agent.
What a fantastic place. A little oasis of serenity within the vineyards while having the convenience of restaurants and shops all within 5 minutes. The house was exactly as described and shown. Touches were modern and comfortable and Antonio was always available to answer questions. Would definitely recommend!

Casa da Vinha is designed with holiday makers like us in mind. Comfortable, light and clean accommodation with a large terrace and great pool. Good views in all directions and an easy 15/20 minute walk to Carvoeiro - 30 minutes to the beach. One of the best villas we have rented. Antonio is friendly and helpful. “The villa is in a perfect spot just outside Carvoeiro. Modern contemporary style which exceeded all our expectations. Lovely pool and outside space, lovely gazebo and barbecue area. Very private but only a 3-4 minute drive in to Lagoa and Carvoeiro. A 15 minute leisurely walk to the bars and beaches. All possible facilities for cooking and we were supplied with pool towels in addition to bathroom towels. Perfect for our family holiday. The interior set up was ideal with a master bedroom with ensuite and a further two double bedrooms with a shared family sized bathroom. Fully air conditioned although we only used the bedroom AC at night and kept all the patio doors open all day to enjoy the views and cooling breeze. Communication with Antonio was excellent,he met us in town and escorted us to the villa and showed us around all the facilities. There was a full international TV set up in the living dining area but we only switched on once in nine days because the weather was perfect and the outside space was so inviting for breakfast, lunches and especially evening barbecue suppers with magnificent sunsets! Highly recommended on all counts. Thank you Antonio”
A wonderful beautiful and lovely new house, in the middle of the vineyard and yet very close to the center. Beautiful view of both land and sea side. Excellent working aico’s, wifi, tv, kitchen etc! Really great value. The amazing service that Antonio provides makes it complete. We hope to come back often.
Muito bom. A repetir! O queu mais gostámos:a piscina, o conforto, o sossego, o bbq, a proximidade da Praia do Carvoeiro e a extrema simpatia e qualidade do serviço prestado pelo Sr. António. O que podia ser melhor: a ligação à Internet (algo instavel) e mais canais de TV portugueses.
