The modern villa Almansor with a big swimming pool and three private parking spaces is located in Vale de Centeanes a very quiet neighborhood near Carvoeiro, above the beach with the same name. On it’s 80m² roof terrace you can enjoy a fantastic sea view or just relax on a sunbed.

The distinctive, very spacious property for eight persons offers all the amenities for an unforgettable holiday for a big family or a group friends. All rooms and terraces are on the ground level. The stylishly furnished villa offers air conditioning in all rooms and the kitchen, Wi-Fi connection, LCD TV in all rooms, a safe and a modern solar heating system (including underfloor heating).

This property can be a very good option for a long-term winter holiday.

All of the four comfortable bedrooms are equipped with king size bed (1,80mx2m) and all the four bathrooms are bright- three of them have a glass shower and one has a bathtub.

The living and dining area is charming and spacious, with a fireplace and plenty of places to relax, inviting you to enjoy some cozy hours. The fully equipped kitchen has a small breakfast table that connects directly to an outdoor covered area. The outdoor area of the villa has a large garden with grass and a play area. A large covered terrace with tables and sitting areas in front of the living room complement the excellent outdoor space.

The mobile barbecue grill provides a pleasant environment for outdoor dinners and the ping pong table issure to provide lively games with family or friends.

The large pool (11mx5m) that can be heated, the outside shower and the comfortable sun loungers ensure total comfort around the pool.

The center of Carvoeiro and its beach and many restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. The village also has local supermarkets, post office, banks and medical facilities. Shops such as Aldi, Intermarché and Apolónia are located at the entrance of Carvoeiro.

From Carvoeiro you can do fantastic coastal and beach walks. In high season numerous cultural highlights are offered.

It is about 65 kilometers to Faro airport.

1) Your property is reserved upon receiving of 30 % of the total amount

2) Your booking is confirmed upon receiving 70 % of the total amount, payable till 8 weeks before arrival, unless otherwise agreed

3) Payment to be made by bank transfer to a Euro account

4) 2 persons per bedroom is the maximum capacaty allowed, unless otherwise agreed

5) No pets are allowed, unless otherwise agreed

6) Cancellation Refunds:

50% 6 weeks or more before arrival
25% between 5 - 4 weeks before arrival
10% 3 - 2 weeks before arrival
0% below 2 weeks before arrival

7) Maid service: 1 x week; change of towels 1 x week; change of linen after 7 days

8) A damage deposit of € 200 to € 500 has to be provided pre-arrival with separate transfer to our account, unless otherwive agreed.

We will transfer this amount back to you after having duly checked the property within 10 days after your departure.

9) Check-in time is 4p.m. unless otherwise agreed, the property must be left at 10a.m. on the day of departure.

10) Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW),

Damage charge €6 per person, non refundable

This is to cover accidental damages that may occur in your accommodation during your holiday, up to the value of €300,00

Please note that this damage charge does not cover any willful and negligent behavior. If the cost of the accidental damage exceeds €300,00 or the damage is caused due to negligence or with intent, there will be additional charges.
