The villa is situated in the calm area of Guia and has a swimming pool for children making it an ideal place for families. It also boasts private parking and is only 10 minutes away from the beaches in Galé.

The residence has two floors. The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds with en-suite structure and both with terrace.

On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with single beds, both with access to the outside and all the bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is totally equipped with a breakfast table and separate laundry.

The living area has a table for 8 persons, with Satellite Tv and access to the swimming pool and sun bed area. The living room is comfortable and it has great natural light.

The outdoor pool is 8m x 4m and has a poolside shower and a separate children’s pool.

On the BBQ area there is a table to enjoy the family evening meals in the open air. There is a play room on the lower ground floor with a table tennis.

If needed the villa can accommodate two more persons, with the installation of an extra bed in the office/living area.

The Lourenço Beach is a calm beach only 10 minutes away by car. The villa is only 6.7 km distance to the coastline and a few minutes to the Algarve Shopping Center with easy access to the A22 and to the airport (38km).

Restaurant André with his famous Chicken Piri-Piri is in only 100m away and can be a good alternative to try regional food or take away to your villa.

Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW)

Prices include 6% VAT | Energy Efficiency: C

1) Your property is reserved upon receiving of 30 % of the total amount

2) Your booking is confirmed upon receiving 70 % of the total amount, payable till 8 weeks before arrival, unless otherwise agreed

3) Payment to be made by bank transfer to a Euro account

4) 2 persons per bedroom is the maximum capacaty allowed, unless otherwise agreed

5) No pets are allowed, unless otherwise agreed

6) Cancellation Refunds:

50% 6 weeks or more before arrival
25% between 5 - 4 weeks before arrival
10% 3 - 2 weeks before arrival
0% below 2 weeks before arrival

7) Maid service: 1 x week; change of towels 1 x week; change of linen after 7 days

8) A damage deposit of € 200 to € 500 has to be provided pre-arrival with separate transfer to our account, unless otherwive agreed.

We will transfer this amount back to you after having duly checked the property within 10 days after your departure.

9) Check-in time is 4p.m. unless otherwise agreed, the property must be left at 10a.m. on the day of departure.

10) Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW),

Damage charge €6 per person, non refundable

This is to cover accidental damages that may occur in your accommodation during your holiday, up to the value of €300,00

Please note that this damage charge does not cover any willful and negligent behavior. If the cost of the accidental damage exceeds €300,00 or the damage is caused due to negligence or with intent, there will be additional charges.
