Von hier aus haben Sie eine Sicht auf die herrliche Küstenlandschaft von Armação de Pêra und das Naturschutzgebiet vom Praia Grande de Pêra. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus bietet viel natürliches Licht. Es besitzt elektrische Jalousien, eine Alarmanlage und eine Klimaanlage.
Die erste Etage besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer Terrasse mit Panoramablick.
Das Parterre verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer, das eine gemütliche Sitzgarnitur vor dem Fernseher und dem Kamin sowie einen Esstisch für sechs Personen hat. Das Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem angrenzenden Bad mit Dusche und Wanne ist gleichfalls im Erdgeschoss vorhanden. Von allen Räumen aus können Sie sich direkt in den Außenbereich begeben.
Hier gibt es einen Pool (8x5m) mit umlaufender Terrasse und Sonnenliegen und einen ansprechenden Grillplatz – ideal zur Entspannung und Erholung mit der Familie oder Freunden.
Ca. drei Kilometer entfernt können Sie die weitläufigen, familienfreundlichen Sandstrände Grande de Pêra bzw. Armação de Pêra erreichen. Pêra gewährt eine günstige Anbindung zur N 125, von wo aus Sie schnell zur Autobahn gelangen. Der Flughafen Faro ist in etwa 40 Kilometern erreichbar.

The apartment was very nice, exactly like on the pictures. The laction is great if you're planing day trips along the Algarve. Close to various supermarkets and the beach. Antonio is super nice and was very flexible with the check in and check out, gave great restaurant recommendation and was very fast in replying to messages. 10/10 recommendation.

I had chosen this venue for my 50th birthday to celebrate with family - and it lived up to all my expectations!! The house was immaculately presented with very well prepared rooms and pool, with air-conditioning in the living area and all the bathrooms. The kitchen had all dishes and utensils needed for a week long stay and the local supermarket is a three minute walk from the house. Of the local restaurants we really enjoyed Pera Doce and the nearest beach in ten minutes by Uber (approx €6). Very easy to Uber to Algarve Shopping and anywhere else for very reasonable rates. Finally I have to say a special thanks to Antonio who was a wonderful host who gave very good local suggestions and also answered all questions promptly, both before and during our stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone, and look forward to staying at one of Antonio’s properties again!!

the house is very beautiful, unfortunately it was still too cold to enjoy the pool. The facilities are good, equipped kitchen, great barbecue. The bathrooms are nice. The house is well located. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty.

Logement très propre calme et agréable. Situé en limite du village de Pera il est bien placé, proche des voies rapides et des commerces (voiture obligatoire) . Notre séjour s’est bien passé (mis à part un retour en dessous de tout par Air France ) Antonio est vraiment réactif et de bons conseils

Minha família se hospedou por 7 dias nessa bela casa e foi recebida com muito carinho pelo Antonio. Ele foi muito simpático e nos deu várias dicas sobre o lugar. A casa é maravilhosa (igual as fotos), tem muito espaço disponível, tem máquina de lavar e chuveiros muito bons (coisa rara quando nos hospedamos na Europa). Tivemos dias inesquecíveis na região do Algarve! : )
Really appreciate Antonio for the fantastic hospitality cannot complain one bit, great location! With a lot of things to do. About 10-15 min drive from the strip and 5-10 min walk from local supermarket
The house was in immaculate condition & well equipped. You have everything that you need there. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool many times a day. The house is in a good location, close to a beach ( 5-10min drive) and other local attractions such as Slide & Splash, Zoomarine, Sand City and many other attractions (Kayaks, Quad bikes). We had a wonderful time there. The communication with Antonio was really great, he gave us many local tips, which was much appreciated. We would love to return there.

Antonio ist wirklich im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ein "Superhost", denn er kümmerte sich sofort um die defekte Kaffeemaschine und reagierte auf alle Fragen mit ausführlichen Informationen ! Ansonsten erhielten wir wunderbare Tipps für alles, was uns interessierte (z.B. Golfplätze, Greenfee usw.) . Das Haus ließ sich im Nu gut heizen und alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. We spent six nights here for a golfing trip. Our host Antonio was there to greet us and gave us a detailed tour of the property, explaining how everything works. He also gave us many hints and tips about the area. The house was ultra modern and immaculately clean, even better than the photographs showed. Swimming pool and surrounding area was very clean with lots of seating. Beds were very comfortable and the our bedroom had the biggest en suite I’ve ever seen. We felt very safe there with electric shutters. There was shop, restaurant and bar/cafe within walking distance about five to ten minutes away but a car is needed to get to the golf course, beaches and local Aldi. Antonio was an excellent host and responded quickly to any queries we had. Thanks Antonio!

Antonio answered all of our questions and was usually very quick to get back to us before and during our stay. The property was very modern, stylish and spacious. It looks as it does in the photos. Upon arrival, it was very clean and bath towels, soap, tea and coffee were provided. It was very easy to get taxis (and Uber’s) from the villa to the nearby beaches and towns and the location was ideal for the sunset in the evenings. It was also very quiet during the day despite building work happening on the plot next to the villa.

The house was perfectly clean and as shown in the pictures! The house is in a quiet area so you will need a car to restaurants and beaches. A car is anyway good to have to be able to see the beautiful coast of Algarve! Antonio was a perfect host, he gave a lot og great tips for restaurants, and we were not dissapointed:) We travelled with three children, had a lot of space and a nice and clean pool! Perfect!!

We booked this property because we knew Armação de Pêra and loved it. It’s private with little outside noise. My 8 year old learned to swim in the pool in a week and the property itself is stunning. There are about four different areas around the property that capture sun or shade at any given time of the day and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a car which I would say is necessary but as far as the property goes, i cannot fault it. Sleek, modern with all the comforts of home and the host is as involved as you feel to be comfortable. I have already recommended it to friends and fully expect to visit again and again.

Another great holiday in the Algarve in a fab villa. Less than 2 miles to beautiful beach with a great promenade for a nice stroll. Only 30 minutes drive to Lagos or Faro. The villa is in the middle of the Algarve so everywhere is within easy reach. The villa had everything you need for a great holiday & Antonio is a friendly & helpful host. Antonio’s place was amazing to stay in. We had a group of 6 and it was very comfortable for that number. The pool was fantastic. The layout f the house is great and the AC worked very well. Recommend that you rent a car as the place is a fair ways away from beaches and Lagos. Would stay here again!
Das Haus ist unglaublich modern, luxuriös und mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Leben braucht. Die grosse Küche lädt def.zum kochen ein, sowie der Barbecueplatz draussen zum grillen. Das Haus ist liebevoll, doch modern eingerichtet, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Ansonsten ist das Haus mit einem genialen Aussenbereich mit Pool sehr schön gelegen. Das Quartier in Pêra ist sehr ruhig, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Auch wenn es sehr ruhig gelegen ist, ist die Lage genial, man ist in wenigen Autominuten an einem wunderschönen Naturstrand, sowie bei vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel, Rest den man zum Leben braucht). Antonio war ein unglaublich herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er kümmert sich mehr als man erwarten könnte um seine Gäste,mit so viel Herzblut und Leidenschaft. Er hat uns so viele tolle Tips gegeben über Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Restaurants usw. Haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Alles in Allem ein Top Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

Super séjour chez Antonio, La maison est conforme aux photos, Tres propres, nous avons passé un séjour de 15 jours dans cette maison Tres bien équipée. Antonio nous a accueilli Avec le sourir et l'hospitalité portugaise, vous ne serez pas déçu. La piscine est plein sud, équipée de transats en bon état, l'espace est spacieux. La maison est entièrement climatisée si besoin, Mais suffisamment fraiche pour nous. Un design moderne, de belles salle de bains.

New, modern house in impeccable condition. It is clean and very convenient for the family. It has all the safety features for small children, including restricted access to the area with pool, mosquito nets on the windows (though there are none in the area). The house is warm and cosy and equipped with everything we needed. The village of Pera is centrally located in Algarve, 10 mins to Praia da Gale, 35 min to Vilamoura by car, and about 50 min drive to Costa da St. Vincente. The house itself is located on a quiet street and you wake up to the sound of roosters singing in the morning. We will gladly stay again.
