Apartment Marítimo is located in the best location of Albufeira. The apartment belongs to a well maintained complex with a community pool. Within two minutes you reach the historical center of Albufeira. Bars, restaurants and shopping are easily accessible, so a car is not absolutely necessary. Approximately 400 meters away is the Atlantic Ocean with its magnificent beaches. The modern, bright apartment is optimal furnished. In front of the living room a balcony invites you to linger. TV is available. A contemporary, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower.

Faro Airport is about 45 km away. If you want to experience more of the Algarve with its many beautiful places, varied beaches and sporting and cultural activities should use a rental car.

1) Your property is reserved upon receiving of 30 % of the total amount

2) Your booking is confirmed upon receiving 70 % of the total amount, payable till 8 weeks before arrival, unless otherwise agreed

3) Payment to be made by bank transfer to a Euro account

4) 2 persons per bedroom is the maximum capacaty allowed, unless otherwise agreed

5) No pets are allowed, unless otherwise agreed

6) Cancellation Refunds:

50% 6 weeks or more before arrival
25% between 5 - 4 weeks before arrival
10% 3 - 2 weeks before arrival
0% below 2 weeks before arrival

7) Maid service: 1 x week; change of towels 1 x week; change of linen after 7 days

8) A damage deposit of € 200 to € 500 has to be provided pre-arrival with separate transfer to our account, unless otherwive agreed.

We will transfer this amount back to you after having duly checked the property within 10 days after your departure.

9) Check-in time is 4p.m. unless otherwise agreed, the property must be left at 10a.m. on the day of departure.

10) Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW),

Damage charge €6 per person, non refundable

This is to cover accidental damages that may occur in your accommodation during your holiday, up to the value of €300,00

Please note that this damage charge does not cover any willful and negligent behavior. If the cost of the accidental damage exceeds €300,00 or the damage is caused due to negligence or with intent, there will be additional charges.
